i'm having last orders in my local.The best thing about this place is the diversity of drinks.You can get an extremely dry Northumbrian Cider (Davison's "100"@ 5.2%)

and at the other end of the Cizzzzer spectrum and my one for the road. "Black Dragon" medium sweet Welsh Cider 7.2%

and a Scotch Egg!

Many years ago I got caught smoking a joint there by a copper, he told me to put it out and sent me on my way.

Almost 4 quid for a pint , back in my teenage days if you spent a tenner on drink you were well gone.

It's the way it is. Mrs Egg and I went out to the pub last night. I got the first round, six drinks, nearly thirty quid!!!

 

I don't know how I used to afford to go to the pub nine times a week.
