Exactly right Mr Git. I did the blue book in 96...then refreshed my units in 2006 with Bob and now i'm doing them again but you are right some clients require that we are tested every 5 years.I get on very well with Bob and would be very happy to be doing the same role or similar as him in the future.Training is so rewarding. It's nice to get back to basics and today was a breath of fresh air for me.I like safe practice. He seemed impressed with the E-Saw.

Day 2....its quite amazing when i think how kit has changed..I first did this unit on basic rope with my system tied at both ends and used an O20T...then i used a modern rope and strop with an MS 200T and today i'm climbing on a ZigZag and using a 160T...How things have changed (for the better)

I think he has developed an extra strong muscle on his nape...It's like grounding, the further away you stand then you reduce the angle at which you have to look up....it's been a great second day.I Got to strip out two trees and show off my saw and it's capabilities...And Rob has been very kind in providing tea and coffee!

Good luck with the assessments Paul and congrats on being a two time granddaddy.

See you at the show at the weekend. Sorry I didn't get back to you via PM. Been busy with work and the kids.

My eldest is 9 tomorrow. Secretly I hope the weather is gash so I can help him build his latest Lego set.
