I have a big reduction to do this week at some time and i need to look into getting familiar with NPTC.Tommy B sent me a great link.It changes my direction slightly but i am free to do whatever i want and i am highly motivated right now.

Yesterday i had an in depth phone conversation with LANTRA..i'm a bit torn between the two (NPTC being the other).I am dead set on becoming an instructor/assesor in whatever capacity and last year the money i saved on going to the pub etc.. i put aside for any courses i may need to take so that is there as and when i need it.This is not going to be a quick process.However when i set my mind to do something,nothing stops me.Doing one then the other might be the way to go.Whatever i decide i need to gain a recognised teaching/training qualification so that will be step one.I've heard of Train the Trainer but if anyone can advise me of others that would be greatly appreciated....
A friend of mine at my last job asked me if i was interested in a jacket he had won at a comp. He had never worn it but he thought i would rather like it and i was after something i could call my "Training jacket". I liked that idea a lot.I saw it and knew it was perfect for my future dream.I gave him some money for it as he was really kind in offering it me.It fits like a glove and is really well designed.I wouldn't expect anything less from Pfanner.I even match the fox they sent me!
