The Boss gave me a choice of over jackets Jon including the very poular Harkie...i wore a Harkie once and although it had great windproofing and waterproofing i found it heavy and far too warm.So i opted for the stein Evo 2.....as it was raining hard this morning i put it on in the house just before i left and instantly began to overheat so wirh its double layered design it is a warm jacket....had it on for two hours of heavy rain with my mobile in the breast pocket....it kept both myself and my phone dry but i had to take it off once the rain stopped .i think it will be great for the colder months or when on lowering or traffic managment but for climbing or cutting i prefer t shirt and the elements.....very comfy with the zip undone and air circulating and highly visible....
