In Desperate times...My Silky saves the day!

A tree with a history of dropping large limbs on roofs....trees decided to shed another....late into the night the wrecking crew dumped the remaining crown onto the ground...we had to clear it.

It took this roof out a couple of years ago ...

And hung another stem up in this tree more recently

Unwilling to get any work done this latest split out brought in the authorities and we have been asked to remove this old timer

Only two of us available yesterday to deal with a whole garden full of mature beech crown nest!!! Tension,compression....uneven ground...resistance etc...etc....until the grab arrived at the end of the day.

Thankfully we have Mog muscle today

After the Carnage of yesterday.....it was a relief to get to this stage.

The old girl is put to rest....PUB TIME!

Crown lifts etc. at a school there......

 

 

That's a long way to go to do that, I can't understand why the don't use a local firm, Bentham or Lancaster? Very strange:)
