You just need someone who is willing to soak you in ice cold water...my lad was only too happy to help...I'm sure Mrs Egg and Mrs Plogs would do the same.

He lined his transit tipper with a tarp, filled it with water, got a sun lounger and laid down in just a thong and water wings, I couldn't back out after that. Its on the smack break social page of facebook.
