everybody gets the pee taken when they are starting out, the golden rivet was my first pee take when i was 16, then used it on younger lads when i was older,along with the long weight (wait) by the workshop, and sparks for the grinder etc, just a laugh, nothing more

 

Or the tartan paint!! Or a tin of elbow grease:) its all part of being a greenhorn! But nowadays kids go and do a weeks course and they are an expert.

I work hard i worked every hour i could to support myself during my two years at college

Worked hard to get a job

And now i have that job i'm the second person in the yard every morning and the the second from last to leave and that's out of 16 people
