Cheers mate, weny through a million different lanyards trying to find one that i really liked and this for me ticks all the boxes. Forgot to nebtion the kong duck is on there to keep up the excessive lanyard works well but have found it holding my weight rather than my cinch on occasion.

I have seen a similar lanyard but with the isc twister krab, reckon the swivel would make much of a difference

This is a cool thread..lanyards are such a personnal thing..a good anchor point is one thing...but once your at your workstation,stropping in is the icing on the cake! :D
