Groundies in London for me. Sadly London is not paved in cold. Loads of contractors down of here. Many not uninsured etc.

Not on the books.

£60 no experience, no tickets,

£65 to 75 tickets 30,31 little, no experience or no driving license.

£80 to £100 lots of experience/knowledge, minimum tickets 30,31, 38. Pre 97.

i always this hard

a bloke with his own chip truck and willing to use it

will travel has his own gear (ie saws) uses his own fuel and works his nuts off is worth 125-150 a day

a good bloke that wont uses his gear or has no gear travels to site and works hard 90-110 a day

bloke u need to help along when u doing ur job and teach 50-80 per day

there is a massive diffrence between a groundy that really works hard and has all his own gear and a someone u need to help along

the way iv done it in the past ask the bloke what he wants a day say ok we will see how it goes for a week then make ur mind up what he is worth to u its fair
