Mr Twain obviously didn't have an appreciation of the fung on offer then :001_rolleyes:

 

First 18 holes for a couple of years, baking hot, drove like a pubescent learner driver, putted like a blind mole rat, but enjoyed it nonetheless :thumbup1:

 

Some very fine welingtonias & dead wood habitat & the odd bit of myco-distraction

Ganoderma (possibly) applanatum/lipsiense, on hc

 

Agaricus sp, associating with the wellingtonias

 

Probably a great deal more, but I had a a date with a couple of very cold ones at the 19th :biggrin:

Ha ha - I bet your golfing buddys were really pleased you were stopping every minute or so and giving them a breakdown of all the fungi Dave!
