Results from the Government’s first ever survey of National Well Being, published by the Office for National Statistics, are likely to show that people who work in farming, forestry and fishing are happier than others.

 

So if you live on a farm,do a bit of forestry and go fishing in your spare time you have it sussed

Are dairy farmers happy people at the moment. I think not.

Farmers happy? I thought they had a fairly high suicide rate for the profession.

Yep I read it was dentists and farmers at the top of the suicide list!

I heard that too, I thought who wants to swap my day, working in a midge infested swampy bit of forest in the rain for 8 hours, (was one of the 'Bad Days') !!

Generally I love my work, I think maybe they are right!
