Hi all just sitting at the laptop with a dull ache in my right shoulder and a stabbing paine in my left elbow :thumbdown: Im 35 now and been climbing for 11 years, Im sure my shoulder will be the reason for a change in occupation, just wondered if any of you guys have any idea of which body part is going to give out and end your climbing days.

Right shoulder and left elbow area here ..

 

My shoulder feels like someone has put a spoon handle in the joint and gives it a little twist now and then, its got worse since I spent a couple of nights camping.

Seriously, my elbows were so bad a couple of years back I thought I was doomed (search 'tennis elbow' threads). Managed to sort that.

 

Now my left knee is the bother (rugby and football responsible more than treework).

 

Not ready to go into banking just yet mind.
