Airstreams leaking

Spoken to them today, boots still over in germany! Boss is away till next thursday.....

 

Won't give me a refund!

 

That'll be 6 weeks by next week! Company doesn't seem to be bothered.

 

The way i see it is that the company has my money and mendi has my boots..... thats wrong!

 

From what you have told us it does sound poor service from the dealer, a good dealer would replace them or offer at least a credit note. I reckon that Justin or clarke's would sort it out.

Always use justins, but they didn't sell the airstreams so had to go elsewhere!

 

Never had a problem with justins, they are top notch in every way, customer service is excellent, prices and delivery!

 

Really poor service from this company i'm dealing with the boots with...

i was going to use the same people for airsteams glad i didnt

i went to gustharts

they seamed a nice lot first time i used them will be going back

i use normally use justin

i got my airstreams from at treeworker and they've lasted me nearly 2 years, could do with re-soling but the boot is fine and still comfy as owt

Got a phone call last fri saying my boots were back, asking for my address to send them back to, which I supplied, boots should be with me Monday says man number 1.

 

 

Later phone call from them again, man number 2, been passed to him as man number 1 couldn't find me on system... Asked when I got them, I reply arb fair, and that it's down as shop sales no name.

 

I sent copy invoice back with the boots

 

Any how I told him situation, no boots 5 weeks, he says he'd speak to manager to see what he can sort me out, then he'd call me back... No phone call yet

 

Just hope my boots arrive!
