A great comp and allot of fun had by all.

I never will clip a carabiner to the rope on my lanyard as when you unclip your lanyard it flys off.

it would of been a different result. I'm sure of it!

explain please Stu?

I had put my lanyard around the stem where i was installing my pulleySAVER, i had taken my Ultra-O carabiner off and clipped over the lanyard rope so it was able to slide along it and out of sight to around the back of the stem.

I then put my eye splice through the pulleySAVER and couldn't see the carabiner that i had clipped onto the lanyard. i looked again and seen there was one on my Anchor ring (and never gave it anymore thought) so put that on clipped in and then took my lanyard off and what do you know the carabiner i couldn't fine came flying off to the ground.

I was very happy that i came first overall on the day of the prelims, it was areal confidence booster and a day i won't forget.

Bad luck stu!!!

I dont think anyone should underestimate the significance of two brits in the masters. A really really great achievment IMO, and winning the prelims is a top job Stuart.
