If you're looking to sell it you really need to cut the root plate off and then take a ring away so you can see what the timbers like inside.

You'll have fun firewooding it then!

 

If you're serious about getting someone to mill it offer it as free but you want any firewood/off cuts and a couple of planks out of it... you'll have more chance then.

Id not bother even it if was dumped in my yard and Dave milled it for me.
