I won't even eat a Snickers! That's how much ill do another one! But ask me next week and I'll remember it with Rose tinted specs! Doing a half in august. The cross bay half! We cycling there, 80 mile, next day half marathon and 25 mile ride, next day canoeing round Windermere, next day riding home 80 mile. Things we come up with at the wrong end of a bottle of Jamesons!

Well done mate. What was the route on that? 63 miles with no training!

Roughly left Newcastle Falcons ground near Ponteland, headed to Kirkley Hall turned to Rothbury way, then towards Scots Gap before going towards Hexham and then returning towards Ponteland round the back of Darras Hall, some nasty little climbs and some long drawn out slight inclines. Good day though and the Bug is back.:thumbup1:
