after climbing with a Weaver for 10 yrs i have bought a butterfly, find it really uncomfortable, real ball crusher!any tips on setting it up right ?cheers

Get a seat for it (which as far as I know effectively turns it into a dragonfly) which you should of bought in the first place

Have the leg straps quite tight to stop them riding up too much :001_smile:

Iv had a butterfly for 3 years and i have to say............I AM SICK TO DEATH OF IT! glad i got that off my chest:lol: it crushes your balls, it twist on you and then the side d's dig in to your hips. if you do a proper days climbing on it your hips will suffer. mine are red raw at the mo. rant over im getting a new one next month:thumbup1:

Ive had butterfly and dragonfly and im not too keen on the butterfly for the same reason, my balls spent more time in my stomach than in my ball bag. But you do learn to adjust your style a bit to manage. Try to lean back a bit more and keep your knees higher if that makes sense. The seat is a lot better than leg loops IMO
