jensen 530 contractor 750kgs opinions please

I currently have a very good tw150 but have looked at a nearly new jensen and thinking of trading it in. This is because of the 6x8 opening= less sneading. its still light enough to move about. I do mainly domestic and some larger contract work so have no real need in a larger machine but as i know my tw inside and out do i go into the unknown. I ve hired them in the past and have been very impressed and there alot of them about locally to me. Whats peoples views on this machine ie owning and maintaining.

Ive not used one mate, but I have ran TW190's for 8 years and love them, have you considered a 190?

I like them that's if its the model i've used which i'm sure it is.... It was johny walkers off here.

 

Great machines and the opening/rollers a lot better than the timberwolf!! Good powerful chipper for its size!

i have considered a 190 but its to wide to fit in my garage along with the stumpy.

You could move house

towing weights not a issue but i like to be able to move it about by myself when i need to shift things about

i had a530 on hire while my kwikchip/tunnisenn was in for repairs again !!! liked it that much i bought the tracked version, that was in feb 06 and still have it, is a great chipper,

I dunno how much the Jensen you've looked at is but I'd also have a look at a greenmech quadchip if you can find one for similar money - they've got an even bigger opening and a turntable for the same weight.
