I felt that way too, but I soon manned up, dont belive what people say, size is everything- trust me im cornish!

Cornishman in France; that's an oxymoron is it not?

What about that strange saw the ms650? falls between the 2 bar stools of 460 and 660, bit cheaper than a 660, will run 30 inches of bar, you may get a sweet deal on one being that no one wants one, just an idea.

also 390xpg is a nice saw, but as the man said- he dont like husky! dont push it!

650; wouldn't you be constantly wondering what a little extra grunt for the same weight would be like? I could never buy the "downtuned or eq" version of a saw; it would irk me off knowing I'd compromised.

decided on the 660, next big job i get will treat myself :thumbup1:

You won't be disappointed :) bigger is better, but stihl is best! (cue husky lover replies! :001_tt2:)

Get a dual port muffler, get the carb tuned for it and it's a beast. The dual port is the same on the 660 magnum or R versions. Can be found on eBay!
