Good point Andy,

 

I have a compilation and other video from a head cam and sent it to prospective employers and had good feedback along with my CV,And about to go freelancing so hope it helps even more.:thumbup1:

Showing who you are & what you've got (work video/climbing showcase etc) has got to be the sure fire way of getting yourself exposed & putting yourself toward the top of the candidate pile, but a well written & well structured Cv (as well) will probably open more doors with a wider group of employers.

My thought is that it's not to replace the traditional means of applications, but with a forum such as this it certainly seems to make sense to me to use it to your full advantage. What makes you stand above the others applying for a job? With a video compilation on here, you may certainly make yourself satnd out a little more. Only my thought, others may differ.W
