Try getting in touch with Clarks. I'm sure Yvonne said she had to get a pair of ickle boots for herself

Mrs oldwoodcutter has very small hands and clarks sorted her out with some leather goatskin gloves, which i tagged onto my order.

I noticed they've got little flowers printed on the back, and so far with them she hasnt broke a fingernail once.

the only problem with the small is that there isn't really any allowances for hip size ect so they can dig in a little bit, i don't know whether it would be worth getting a medium and wearing a belt as i sometimes regret not doing this. x

Hey Hey. I'm "the girl" that Bish employs... I decided to stop being lazy and create my own account!

Just a general question about boots- Are any better than others? or are they all basically the same but in different colours ?

Thanks,

Woodnymph

there are so many boots out there but you will possibly want a lighter pair, possibly some mendils. haix are also wicked boots i have a pair of protector pros and find them like slippers but others say they are quite clunky. try a few pairs on if you can.

Welcome to the forum firstly :001_cool: Always good to see woman in the arb world.

Best thing regarding boots is to try some different ones on. Nothing worse than spending your working week in boots that are'nt comfy. Some boots are a bit heavier than others, but IMO its a bit anal if people complain that their boots are too heavy #hardenup! Some are definately tougher than others though, I have steins and only bad part of them I'd say is they have worn fairly quickly through regular climbing. Comfiest bit of footwear let alone work boots that I've ever owned though.

Same with trousers really, try different ones ... what some people find extremely comfy may be the opposite to you and vice versa with other pairs.
