My first saw was a B&Q special maculloch 438 however for a cheap and nasty saw it did far more than I ever expected of it (until one day it spontaneously ate its own piston ring) after that I had a husqvarna 435 great little saw and only got rid as a trade in against my current saw husky 353 and now have a very nice 254xp to go with it both good saws but given the choice I pick up the older 254 every time just has so much more go :)
