I,ve just ordered a rebuild kit for my transfer box, its making a whining noise that no-one else can ear, so its coming out on friday, all new bearings and gasket kit. Thing is i have one in the garage that some supposed expert rebuilt, it looks like it has just come from the scrappers, no thanks, i,ll rebuild my own. they always start with a bearing going, then when the bearing gos it takes gears with it, if you catch them early, you can rebuild them for £120.

 

while i,m at it i have just got new pads and discs all round and new prop bolts...may as well :thumbup1:

Chaps your certainly are having some crap luck at the moment, I certainly feel better about the speeding ticket that landed on my door mat this morning.

 

Let's hope it improves before the end of the week and that the thieves manage to slip into their stolen kit...

I swear down Mr Lofthouse you have OCD . That said if anyone will build a transfer box right it will be you :biggrin:
