from what i can see of that photo it would pass a loler imo

is there any rope narrowing

no rope narrowing Bob...its equal length all along.

How bad does it have to be not to pass a loler? Apart from hanging off 2 strands?:001_tongue:

always an awkward one to answer as different ropes are constructed differently and different build ups and strengths and the age and general wear on the rest of the rope as wear affects strength

sorry if this sounds like a cop out

narrowing is always my first worry
