What are the best ear defenders for sleeping in?

My sister in law is visiting with her baby which doesn't sleep, but crys lots.. One of my 3 kids generally wakes at some time but this child is a banshee. Been wearing green peltors, but have to sleep on your back!

Kids tend to sleep a lot better after a skin full, plus they get the hangover which is a bonus.

A tot of whisky in the milk is better, if an infant sinks 3 or 4 pints they keep waking you up for nappy changes.

Pop them in your mouth for a minute (softens and moistens them),them roll them beween your fingers and plug your ears.

Earplugs are fantastic if you put them in properly (give them a squeeze and warm them up first). I can remember being woken up by a policeman with them in when I was living with my mates. I had work the next day and they were having a party, which was subsequently closed down by the boys in blue because of the noise. I hadn't heard a thing.
