Tell that to Mongolian herders who live on the stuff in the form of mutton

Saturated fat is no problem if you burn it off, it's a good energy source, so is sugar though, we eat loads of sugar which we burn first and the fat we eat get stored.

I reckon the mongolians don't eat too much sugar

Sheep eyes are the Mongolian Haribo

No Tim, the testicles are the Mongolian Haribo.

A healthy balanced diet is all you need. A little bit of everything but not too much of anything.

The only benefit these fad diets give are making the purchaser of the foods, wallets thinner and the food stockist wallets fatter!

Also, low fat crisps can cause anal leakage.

Haha not in me they can't!! interetingly (for me anyway) I have to eat a bag of salted crisps daily, oh and a banana, as I now can't absorb the sodium and potassium from a " normal " diet so I require extra. I also can't absorb water any longer, so I require extra fluids during the day to prevent dehydration, preferably isotonics to keep the essential topped up.
