It makes a difference when some people don't put their own rates up accordingly :001_smile:

Like Andy said...no point worrying about it, no amount of complaints, fuel blockades etc are going to change it. Just make sure you aren't subsidising it in your business and charge accordingly.......the problem then is no longer a problem:thumbup1:

We lost so many mowing jobs when we tried to charge old biddies an extra quid. They just don't seem to get it!

This is why I don't vote and do as little as I can to support this unfair system. I see the institution of modern day government as little more than a criminal protection racket. Labour, Tory, doesn't matter - they're all merely different faces driving the same destructive and oppressive beast of a machine called 'government'.

They can't do anything about raising fuel prices! They could lower the duty for a start, divert funds from other areas, tax the (w)bankers at a decent rate, or sell their 3rd homes. It's all so corrupt.

Angry now. Gonna find a kitten to kick.

the fuel was used for 2 jobs today and after the purchase, the jobs were charged at my new rate with no complaints from customers...

The problem is the increase you passed onto your customer should have gone into your pocket to pay for the increased living expenses you are suffering instead its gone straight into the government coffers. I dont understand why we send so much money to deprived nations who then become developing nations and put us out of business. We pay for our pain ?
