Its a very specific form to get used to. I personally didnt have any trouble but my training partner just cannot get the form....think he perhaps lacks the flexibility. He also cannot do romanian deadlifts, so i'd suggest perhaps if you are ok with them, you'll be ok with the kettlebells.

Thinking of buying some. I know some of you on here swear by them, how do you find them, are they easy or complicated to get used to. I want to try and get away from standard bar bell / bench training and try some old school stuff.

Not dificult to master at all, once properly trained, uppon hearing the sound of the bell, the apprentice ceases current activity and runs off to put the kettle on, its all a bit pavlovian.

where did you get yours from steve, didnt dean also get some from the same place, did you get a set of 3 or something.
