Mini Forwarders For Sale?

Say I popped over to Sweden to purchase a Bison directly, then attempted to bring it back by towing it on the ferry. Would there be any sort of import tax to pay? And by Bison I mean the forwarding setup, not the cow :)

You would need to demonstrate that you had paid VAT or if you don't pay

VAT in Sweden you will need to pay in on arrival in UK. Also need to advise ferry what you are bringing over and brace yourself for charges

Out of desperation to buy a forwarder, I almost bought this today. Bloody glad I didn't as the ground clearance is only 20cm and the Mk 3 cannot accommodate caterpillar tracks. It will pull 8 ton though: Supacat , MK3, #28682 - MOD Sales, Military Vehicles & Used Ex MOD Land Rovers for Sale

You'd think that 20k could get you a nice low impact setup. Keep on trucking, hey.

Did the salesman tell you that? Looks as if it would struggle with a quarter of that! The trailer in the avatar is 8-9 tonne with that load on and I cannot see that supacat moving it very far

According to the following website, in ideal conditions (so probably very flat!) the Supacat will tow 2 tonnes
