Hi poplar turns ok and distorts a bit when wet but the bowl had only been felled a couple of weeks and was soaking wet.Difficult to get a good finish

I have a few more bits of it to turn yet

Got a cracking good bit from where the pollarding was

Its as soft as butter to turn

Will be felling a couple of Cherry trees in the next couple of weeks. Would anybody be interested in some of the timber? Located near Manningtree, Essex.
