You see the lad (brandon saling) who fought in Strike force the other night, turns out he's a registered sex offender and a white supremacist!!

He lied on his forms and got a contract, proper crazy!!

Couldn't believe it, obviously he's getting his licence revoked and banned from fighting.

Oh and sorry for hi jacking this thread Rich, couldn't find another fight thread to put it in mate!

Do any of you guy's do any hand / fist or knuckle conditioning . I.ve been rubbing surgical spirits on my hands on and off for a couple of years . After my daily pounding on a small sand filled football . Not trying to hijack your thread Rich just thought it had some bearing on the matter :001_smile:

Top Vids Rich . Love the elbow strikes in the last vid . The front kick used by the Muay Thai guy's is very effective and is not really used by many in MMA Guy's . :001_smile:

Teep. Aka stop the army or front kick. If the timing is right then it can stop you in your tracks.

The Teep to the face is pretty disrespectful. The feet being the lowest point of the body and in contact with the ground - dirty. The head is the highest part of the body and closest to the heavens. (if you believe that stuff). Either way it is quite disrespectful.

I have never used anything like that. I do recall reading somewhere that the late great Sir Henry used to wash his face in urine as it toughened the skin and he was prone to getting cut.

Interesting the feet being dirty and the head being closer to the heavens . Make's sense though . Jack dempsy used to soak his hands and face in brine water . I did hear of the urine thing once or twice . Just glad I,ve never witnessed it

It is really disrespectful for example to gesture for someone to go over there with your foot. Or if your laid down, on the beach say, if you point at someone with your foot.
