Enjoy mate. Muay Thai is very different but one of the more effective striking arts.

 

Where and which type of JJ do you train? Bjj or Japanese? I have a mate who is bb 2 nd dan in jjj. He also does the weapons and sword system. Know quite a few bjj'ers. I love to watch it. It have had shoulder problems in the past so have always refrained from having a roll with them.
