Bit of an odd one for those with kids, who has seen this program?

Does anyone know anything about where it is filmed? Had a quick look on their website and it says its filmed in a protected woodland.

I wondered what kind of protection, as it looks like all ground flora has been stripped and turfed/grass seeded. Some soil level changes also a possibility.

Odd thing is it looks very 'sterilized' yet no matter how hard I look I can see no pruning cuts?

Anyone?....

It is filmed somewhere near Shipston-on-Stour in Warwickshire.

Like most kids programmes it's probably best not to think too seriously about the content unless you are using controlled substances!

I have no idea why children find it so addictive. Our elder daughter loved it (fortunately she grew out of it aged about 2, so we only had a year or so of it). The younger one is, so far, showing no signs of additiction. The only thing I can say is that you do get acclimatised to it eventually.

Afraid I can't help on where the woodland is, but for anyone who has had to sit through the original, try this:

My boys love this, it may look bonkers, but that's because you are boring adults. From the age of about 2 my Boys could tell me what the Ninky nonk, tombilyboo, ingle piggle , wotingers and the pontypines were.

From 6 pm till 7 pm it's bliss, and when you are trying to entertain kids it's great, and then it would be off too bed easy peasy , ISH!! Lol

My youngest watches it - read a while ago that if Spike Milligan hadnt died he wouldve been a contender for writing it
