I am having real trouble Identifying this tree, have a couple of ideas but nothing solid. When cut smells almost like a lime all leaders go straight up and is about thirty foot high. Has the bark similar to laurel or holly, will try and get pics of whole tree tomorrow but might just be a common tree with very uncommon characteristics. Thanks Sam

Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Variegatum' looks like a winner thanks will post pics of tree anyway just In case.

Pittosporum 'Garnetti' or Pittosporum 'Silver Queen', more likely the latter
