a mate of mine challenged me to this a few days ago and looking through the site it does look mental and mega fun (if you can call it that) all in one.

for me this is the perfect way to get my fitness back on track as i have been pretty lazy of late.

Good luck done a ten mile when serving. It was a killer. Arms legs parts of my body hurt I didn't think could hurt or know I had.

Its fun there is no doubt about it, my advise is to train some tho. Just make sit easier, and go in with a team to help with some obstacles.

Would like to do one again but I think my body has had too much abuse.

Has anyone done this before or know anyone who has?

Me and a few mates will be doing it this year, looks wicked but im sure it will nearly kill me.

Its all for a great cause as well.

You think thats tough, try the Salomon X Adventure Series, that will make even the Paras weep. Done the X adventure 3yrs ago and still aching now, (Or should that be aching to do it again:sneaky2:)
