Sup in the southern hemisphere, all well I hope!

Right so after Africa at some point i think i'm just going to have to pack my bags and get my ass out for at least a working holiday for a few months.....

How essential's formal arb quals i.e Dip etc. I got my tickets, kit and clutter but all my arb knowledge is self taught and on job stuff!

I'm not expecting to walk into leader climber jobs, I just want to float about, climbing, grounding, jumping off stuff, seeing friends, drinking beer on beaches that arent covered in crap, opening my eyes and hopefully falling for NZ.

Got to say has a lot more draw for me than Oz, even with the money....

Going to do ISA Cert Arb at some point, worth trying to squeeze it in before for a trip over?

All good here DaK,Yeh you should def come over as it will be summer :thumbup1:

I think if you can climb and do a good job and not have any formal quals i think you get a job pretty easy,And if your ISA Cert probaly even better.

Yep, I agree with Adam. If you can prove your worth you'll have no problems getting a job without the formal quals. They are sometimes desirable but not always neccessary if you have the experience. Plenty of guys getting work by word of mouth and expertise alone.

Sounds like you have the priorities right too. Just hang out and chill.
