Anything coming out of Afzal Khan's garage is an abhorrence and in my experience only bought by those with more money than sense. I'm not in the least bit surprised that this house of naff has created a military vehicle for Derek Zoolander.

 

And DC100, biggest problem I can see is the lack of any backward compatibility with 60 years of Land Rover production which is going to immediately open up every market Land Rover leads for re-evaluation. And that thing ain't gonna win any work contests. Given the choice of that or anything else, I'd have a Hi-Lux... and I'm Land Rover through and through...

The "die hard defenderites" arn't who you market a new car at. How many of you lot above have brought a brand new landy in the past two years?

 

 

They don't, landyites, they buy secondhand stuff and then trick it up/cut bits off/weld bits on. Hell, even if they do buy new they keep it for 10000 years.

 

If LR have any sense they will market it for the school run, the dog walkers and the city boys, they spend the money, not us lot!

Those forklift tyres look a bit hard for bumpy tracks when the tipper is full of logs. Now Landrover are out of it maybe it will be worth Toyota bringing some commercial Landcruisers in. Not the 4.2 guzzlers I have but some nice 3.0 litre
