I used a bike lock that went thru the tailgate as well. Was always a problem and often had oiks trying to force their way in (even once whilst we were chipping up!).

Not sure what back door you've got but I got this piece of zintec cut with a return folded along the bottom to cover my mesh rear door - it is a little heavy for the flimsy Ifor Williams prop if you drive with it propped open but it does the job. Make sure you weld the antiluce nuts though otherwise you can get in with a combi spanner...

I had spring loaded bolts fitted on the inside of mine before it was converted to a tipper . So you had to open the ifor top to access the bolts . Available from all agricultural suppliers . :biggrin:

Hi guys, thanks for all the suggestions. Il prbably get 2 spring bolt type things for the indide of the tailgate, and padlocks through the droplinks. Making sure i wled the nuts on, as they can just be unthreaded!
