Going to have to say go for the hydraulic breaker and genny, the 110 are good but when you hit the thick stuff they don't make a dent and you will forever be sharpening/replacing the bits.

Use a JCB one, goes ok and only leaks oil now and then from the connections, all round a good tool, petrol genny is better, diesel is too much to work with on a pull cord starter.

Have you looked into hiring on for jobs, is it cheaper than buying one? How many times are you going to use it?

Small 10 to 15kg is useless for most fence work where you need to break out old concrete. Firstly, there's not enough weight behind the tool to do the job. Secondly, this means you end up trying to force it into concrete which doesn't work any better. Thirdly, the small breakers are too short and so you end up having to bend down too much to do the job and often you can't reach deep enough down the hole to break the bottom of the concrete out. You'd be better off going for at least a 25kg machine and letting the machine do the work - it's so much easier.

Go for a power pack if you have the funds as highly versatile and have more balls then the electric options. I did have a petrol mounted wacker breaker worked well till the tough got going! If you wasnt going to be working in backgardens and limited access personally an old hydrovane compressor and breaker is the answer.
