anyone whos got a 550 xp could you tell me if your pull cord casing look a completly different colour orange to the rest of it as mine is a lot lighter orange.

 

Seems to be a Husky thing, apparently adding pretty colour to plastic mix is not their forte...

 

Mine is only very slightly different, more noticeable when I have my (yellow) specs on. On my 346 it's almost embarrassing:confused1:

A mate has a few 346's and they all vary, his 560 seems almost the same colour...

Every husky I've ever used is different colours. It's different plastic I think and it reacts differently to the paint

 

Plus it's a chainsaw not a painting so who cares haha

well they could a least get the colours to match for a £500 saw.

 

Wait til you start buying the £1000 ones, it will really annoy you haha

 

Honestly tho, it doesn't matter, its a work tool mate, it will get covered in crap an dust an mud before you know it
