Home made multi saver

I was told not to use krabs as when pushed against the trunk they would be cross loaded, but I'd like to no what other peoples opinion on this would be as I can't see it being a problem.

If you combine another mallion with the stopper knot you`ll make your multi saver retrevable:thumbup:

I know we've talked about it before but I'd be reluctant to leave a krab where I can't see it. Who knows what it would be rubbing against, possibly opening, cross loading or bending across the TIP. A mallion you can lock tight, and they're shaped to stay in correct alignment for the task you want them for

A small Mallion added to the pulley would pull threw the large Mallion enabling me to use it as a rope guide.

Using it as a ropeguide, will the end of your rope pull through the small pulley?

Haha most properly but at least I'd have the satisfaction knowing it cost me nout:-). Also a few of you guys have said you can't use rope to pulley but in the rope guide thread people have spliced there eyes into the pulley holes.

the dmm pinto is the only pulley (that i know of in tree work) designed to be spliced onto bro.

If you use a DMM Pinto pulley, then you can directly connect to either webbing, cord or carabiner, according to the good folk at DMM.
