Weight of firewood

Firewood varies too much to give an absolute.

 

Best thing would be to get an "average" 3 cube of your own and take it to a bridge. Even different log men would get a different weight from the same type of timber. Depends how small its split, if its "shaken" down into bags etc.

 

Most of the 3500kgs trucks should be ok with 3 cube of seasoned on though.

+1 - put it over a bridge - we did with ours and use a ballpark of 0.5t per cu metre
