ive worked on this tree (about ten years ago) and its got a huge spread, i can remember it being much wider than it is high and it completely covers a botanically significant collection of camellias planted at about the same time as the tree! we did a crown lift on it and used scaffolding because we were worried about the strength of the timber i dont envy whoever has to dismantle it
