Looking for work in Greater Manchester - will work cheap!

Recommended Posts

I've passed my CS30 and 31 and am looking for some work (or even unpaid experience) in in Tree surgery or Forestry in the Greater Manchester area ideally.

I'm 33, have my own PPE, can drive and am up for anything!

Does anyone want an apprentice or Groundie?

Am looking to do Aerial rescue course in the near future but am hoping to get some experience, and money if possible, first.

Am keen, reliable, hard-working and trustworthy (if I do say so myself).

Will happily shadow and observe or make tea and carry brash as needed.

Looking for a foot in the door. Any help much appreciated - you won't regret it!

thanks

Hi Rob, hope you find work. i dont think its a good idea to describe your self as willing to work cheap, that may give people the wrong idea, cheap is not a word to describe how you will work. better to put that your a hard worker, keen and willing to work hard. let people make up there own mind as what to pay. the tree surgery world is undervalued in my opinion compared to other trades.

hope you get sorted

Fair comment, thanks Hodge. Sadly, I can't edit a post once posted!

By 'Cheap' I mean I am not put off by lowish wages as I need experience at the moment. I'm hoping to encourage someone to give me a shot by making it clear I won't demand huge pay. My work is good and certainly not 'cheap'.

cheers

Don't work for cheap ffs, the ar se has fallen out of the industry enough without people willing to work for peanuts, if everyone charged a fair whack the whole industry would benefit!!
