cube all the way. Ive got 2 faltheimers, easily over 2 years old and still in perfect nic. The petzl one started to fall apart after about 1 month. Buy the original and its money well spent

bit of innovation coming from a farming background.

buy an electric fence reeler for your throwline,you ccan reel it in taught from the tree as you pull your rope through,then it has a brake to stop it unreeling again,alss has two plastic hooks that you can hook onto your truck,a fence etc to hold it while you unreel it to slat it up

So what's so good about the Falthiemer cubes? They're much more expensive than the Stein equivalent.
