I've not used many, but the Fiskars X27 is way better than the mauls I've tried before. If you buy one, order it from Amazon dot com as its way cheaper to get it from the States and have it shipped than to buy in the UK (as a previous thread on here mentioned).

Fiskars X27 for me, trouble is after I let my lad use mine while I was doing something else I had to buy another one, certainly makes life a bit easier.
