Today was spent running between making safe fencing on various sites and then bringing to ground branches and trees on other sites. In fact this has formed the majority of our work since we came back on Tuesday. Even managed to get a bit of rigging practice in yesterday on a big wind blown conifer. Getting a good chance to test our latest chipper (recon Schliesing 200mx) we got before Christmas from Masons. I get to buy the toys but don't always get to use them, but this week **** the paper work.

In front of the town hall 6.30 am to stunt fell the 40ft Christmas tree and get rid of it, 3 big lumps into a farm trailer that wasn't quite big enough. Then into the main town square to get another denser 40fter that filled the trailer even more again. In Manchester for 8.45am to take out 3 alders on a building site and finish off yesterday's fallout job. Home for 2.30. Not a bad day!

Hi

Firewood cutting in the morning

Cut the grass on the front orchard with the 42" ride on, yes it really is that mild here - 15 degrees & repaired the grillage along one boundary.
