Stephen Lawrence:Justice for a murdered son(ITV)

Just watching this documentary on Stephen Lawrence.

I am lost for words at the bigotry that exists in this world that could make people think that it is remotely acceptible to treat other humans the way racists do, and also the reaction of the authorities at the scene which stemmed from the institutional racism that exists.

The whole thing makes me very very sad indeed.

Sick and the fact they get charged as

Juveniles ! I am sure they will get there

Comupence inside. They may leave in a box

But for sure will become victims of racism themselves

Maybe a nice black forcefull boyfriend

It is a very sad indictment on the police, parts of british culture and humanity, thank god they removed the double jeopardy law so at least they could be retried and convicted.

It really sickens me that gang members think nothing of plunging a knife into another human being for nothing more than self gratification or pier pressure or whatever goes through their tiny little brain cell

Even the act of carrying a knife :confused1:

far too long to wait to have justice served...but we got there eventually. A terrible crime committed by evil people. What is also important here is to remember the colour/race/creed of the victim and the attacker are totally interchangeable...knife crime is rife in London, as is racism. Evidence that multiculturism is a world away from the reality of living in such areas

dont be too harsh on the police they werent there ..... these sad ***** need bangin up

I spent 11 years working in blue a very tuff job ,, your either loved but mainly hated & spoiled by one or a few mistakes or by those rare lazy officers

There were failings by the Met...they did however arrest these scumbags years ago...it was our dodgy legal system that got them off the hook....Human rights law can sometimes help the perpetrator more than the victim and the CPS?...if they can't guarantee convictions they drop them. A few mates of mine are/were coppers and their sense of frustration is considerable

Lets hope the other guilty parties are soon inside paying for their crimes
