Anyone else experiencing trouble loading page

I have Arbtalk set as my home page, but in the last 10 days or so I have been having trouble loading the page.

 

It crashes about 5 times before the page will load and it keeps stopping with the little bar at the bottom saying 12 items remaining but it always stops on loading the Paypal donate icon.

 

Is anyone else having problems or do I need to take a hammer to my pc

 

Loads any other website no probs and once I'm logged in no probs

I had problems accessing Arbtalk this morning, but it seems ok this afternoon. Put it down to the t'internet being busy due to the minging weather.

no problems here apart from last night, but i think steve was doing his updates then.

Look at the bar at the very top, above address bar, what does it say?

 

Arbtalk, discussion...... - Mozilla Firefox, or internet explorer.

 

when you open your browser, do you double click a blue icon or a orange/blue icon?

browser = internet explorer or mozilla firefox more likely. i use mainly firefox, but i just tried with explorer and it works fine for me.
