Oh, I see, The Petzl Rig can be used for arb work, I have played around with it a bit. Downsides, It takes two hands to use, it is a little choppy, and it has to be tranferred to another system for ascent, or used in a RADS configuration which is slow. Not dissing your system but I definitly find it cumbersome in the trees

Oh it's good for ascent. No changeover needed.

That sounds like a half RADS system. Is that how you ascend into the trees? Havent tried that but it sounds painful.

you can use it to ascend but it's painful compared to petzl expedition plus Croll. Some people would beg to differ I'm sure.

Rig comes into its own for work positioning.
